Our emphasis is on providing a quality service to you, and we want our you to be happy with the service you receive from our merchants. If you are unfortunate enough to have a bad experience with one of our merchants, please let us know. While we cannot get directly involved in disputes with merchants, if a merchant offers poor service we will remove their products from the site. On the other hand, if you get exceptional service from our merchants, please let us know so we can recommend them, and help reward them for their excellent service!
